1. Account Registration

• All users register on PingUp Chat only through Google Sign‑In.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Google account and device.
• The company does not collect or store any passwords or sensitive login data.

2. Chat and Communication

• PingUp Chat is a peer‑to‑peer instant messaging platform that allows users to communicate directly with each other.
• All messages are temporary — the company does not keep any backups, logs, or archives of user chats.
• Once a message is delivered or deleted, it cannot be recovered by anyone, including Meat Technology Services.
• The company has no access to the contents of any chat between users.

3. Data Storage and Privacy

• Meat Technology Services does not store, track, or monitor user messages, files, or attachments.
• No user data or conversation records are saved on company servers.
• Therefore, no government, law enforcement, or third party can request chat data, as it does not exist or is never stored.
• The company respects user privacy and operates with an end‑to‑end principle — what you say stays only between you and the receiver.

4. User Responsibility

• Each user is fully responsible for the messages, images, videos, or files they share through PingUp Chat.
• Users must not send illegal, abusive, harassing, or misleading content.
• If a dispute or argument occurs between users, it is strictly between those users.
• Meat Technology Services is not liable for any damage, defamation, emotional distress, or legal issues caused by user communications.

5. Legal and Complaints

• PingUp Chat is a neutral communication platform.
• The company does not monitor, control, or interfere with any chat content between users.
• Any legal complaint or dispute must be directed towards the individual user(s) involved, not Meat Technology Services.
• The company may modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Meat Technology Services shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or misuse of the service.
• The company does not guarantee continuous availability, error‑free operation, or message delivery in all circumstances.
• Users use PingUp Chat at their own risk.

7. Consent

By using PingUp Chat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this User Policy / Terms of Use.
